Peter Wallace , is a consultant mechanical engineer with over 30 years experience in complex process plant design in the fields of oil and gas exploration, LNG, refining, petrochemical, food, brewing, pharmaceutical, water treatment, desalination, materials handling, mining, and power generation. |
He is a highly experienced, world-class engineering professional, in possession of a sound common sense approach to project management and execution and all aspects of results orientated engineering and construction.
From marketing through risk analysis and feasibility, contract administration, estimating, logistics, conceptual layout, FEED, costing, procurement, planning, HAZOP/HAZID, PHA, EPC and EPCM, project co-ordination, HSSE compliance and safety management, discipline interfacing, construction, commissioning, to handover and operations and maintenance.
He has worked highly successfully on projects on six continents as a consultant to Foster Wheeler, Woodside Energy, Worley Parsons, Bechtel, BP, Chevron, Exxon-Mobil, Shell, South African Breweries, Fluor, Sasol, Petrobras, Baker Hughes, Metragaz, Elf, Conoco, Agip, ABB, American National Power, Sonatrach, Air Products, and Rolls-Royce, and many other global engineering organisations.
He has been the mechanical systems engineering consultant to Rolls-Royce Energy, Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems, and OnPower Inc. in the USA and was highly instrumental in project managing the worlds first high temperature, high pressure >10kW solid oxide fuel cell test rig for Rolls-Royce in 2005/2006.
He has recently been working on the largest modularised LNG plant ever built anywhere in the world as the Principal Project Engineer for Foster Wheeler Energy, on the Pluto project in north western Australia (value AUS$10billion).
He is currently the consultant auditor to Silnir in Cyprus at the 20 million litres per day desalination facility, recently installed and commissioned at Moni, near Limassol.
Peter has realised the need for a Cyprus based organisation that can handle complex processing plant projects in the fields of oil and gas, LNG, brewing, food processing, materials handling, water treatment and desalination and has now brought his skills and experience to Anyplant Ltd in order to enhance the organisations scope of supply and range of services that can be offered by the group.
