ANYPLANT LIMITED has a clear philosophy about being the Agent and/or representing a Principal. We ensure that we have a complete understanding of the benefits and applications of the products we market and distribute on behalf of our principals.
We work in close association with our principals in order to ensure that we represent them and their interests in the same way we express our own. 

Services include information on future projects, market research and reports on products or projects, arranging critical appointments and introducing potential working partners. In general we aim to be the tool our principals need on the Island of Cyprus and the eastern Mediterranean.

2. Trading - Products

The range of products that ANYPLANT is involved with is primarily focused on renewable energy, environmental technology, and products that have the potential to improve the energy efficiency of the island as a whole and also the economic efficiency of our clients.
Complete solutions combining materials and engineering services such as the installation of photovoltaic systems on industrial and domestic roofs or the saving of energy through the use of industrial infra-red heaters for animal farms, are just two sectors that ANYPLANT focuses on.
Specialised construction products and technical solutions i.e. vacuum sewerage systems, dust and odour suppression systems, are also examples of the range of products that we represent and market.
Innovative products or products requiring innovative methods of trading are of prime interest to us, being in accordance with ANYPLANT's operating and marketing philosophy.

3. Plant and Equipment

ANYPLANT is also a supplier, to order, of new and used machines for the construction industry for which best prices and service is secured. ANYPLANT has extensive experience in construction plant management, which makes us a unique provider of a total solution for our clients, whether it is earth moving machines, materials handling, mining, cement and concrete production, aggregate production or asphaltic mix.

Based on the principle ''to believe in the product we market'', ensures that ANYPLANT become experts on the application of the products that are marketed by us, as well as their operation and handling. ANYPLANT offers consultancy on most processes involved in the construction industry, quarries, earth moving, transport, asphaltic premixing, cement production, concreting, slip-forming, heavy lifts and tower cranes.

B. Maintenance, Plant Management & Inspection Services 

1. Plant Maintenance and Management

We can bring value to any project, from the feasibility stage, right through to commissioning and handover. Close supervision and proper reporting on time, form tools of the service we offer. Saving of resources (material, plant, equipment, and labour) for each project activity is a ''bottom line'' benefit.

2. Emergency Plant Repairs

We offer a trouble-shooting service in the form of risk assessments to critical production equipment and components and can provide a critical spares and replacement schedule based on breakdown and failure history. We can also design and manufacture component parts that are no longer made by the original manufacturers.

3. Electrical and Mechanical Installation Services

We offer technical knowledge, experience and skills for the installation of all products in the range of products we represent and will also undertake co-ordination, supervision and execution of contracts involving the installation of equipment and materials not directly supplied by ANYPLANT or any of our principals.

4. Component Design

Our design team offers design and manufacturing services in the form of drawings, specifications and technical reports for replacement components and parts involving both static and dynamic mechanical equipment. We offer an emergency replacement service for worn or broken components and can design operational and planned maintenance programmes that suit individual clients manufacturing schedules.

C. Energy Performance Certificates for Energy Efficient Buildings

The cost of Energy and the continuous damage to the Environment due to the excessive consumption of energy for the conditioning of buildings - heating, cooling, lighting - point to the need of Energy Efficient buildings and the necessity to increase the use of renewable energy sources (Sun, wind, hydro, biomass). For this reason, the EU has developed and issued Directive 2002/91/EC, which refers to the "Energy Efficiency of Buildings".

Since 1 January 2010, no new building can be constructed or an old one renovated or extended in Cyprus, unless its construction satisfies these EU standards.
ANYPLANT LTD has qualified personnel, registered with the Energy Service of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, to assess the energy performance of houses and issue an official Energy Performance Certificate. 

An Energy Performance Certificate shows the energy class of the building and the associated report suggests improvements that can be done to ensure better efficiency as per the EU Directive 2002/91/EC.

If you are building, buying, selling or renting a home you need to hold an Energy Performance Certificate of the construction by law.

Energy Performance Class ratings are from A to G, where A is the most energy efficient and G the least.

D. AutoCAD Drawings

ANYPLANT with its experienced draughtsmen offers Computer Aided Design (CAD) draughting for all project sizes and industries, from architecture to construction and to mechanical engineering using AutoCAD, one of the best draughting softwares available.
